Photo Sessions

Thank you for choosing Five Blossoms Farm for your photography session!  Please take a moment to read the following information before submitting your session booking request using the REQUEST SESSION button below.

Five Blossoms Farm defines portrait photography as all engagement, family, maternity, portfolio, prom, graduation, and any other posed portraiture of individuals by professional photographers, as well as semi-pro, pro-am or amateur photographers.

Portrait photography services are allowed on the farm and offered by appointment only. All sessions must be reserved, approved and paid in advance by a photographer. If you are looking to book a session as an individual, please be sure to find a photographer first so they can reserve on your behalf. If you need a list of photographers we partner with, please email info@fiveblossomsfarm.com for details. Reservations are accepted seasonally; availability begins in March and runs through December. Availability will depend on previously scheduled farm events, that are typically hosted on weekends.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are non-refundable, however rescheduling to a later date due to inclement weather is allowed upon approval, up to one time and subject to availability. Please note we do not reschedule due to bloom availability. We also reserve our right to accept or deny session booking requests at our discretion.

As a working cut flower farm, we do our best to have flowers blooming at all times (March – October) so that our garden can be used for photography. However, flower availability for photo session backdrops may not always be available or be limited.
For a guide of what is blooming month-by-month, visit Our Flowers page. If you are specifically looking to use the garden as your photo session backdrop, reach out to Five Blossoms Farm to confirm availability prior to booking.

NO SHOWS: No shows on the designated date will not be credited or refunded.

Designated Photography Areas/Access

Photographers and their clients are granted use of the barn, greenhouse, picnic/firepit area, outdoor fireplace, gardens, water feature and back fields during their booked timeslot based on availability. Please note that at times, there might be more than one photographer on site.

Please also note Five Blossoms Farm is a cut flower and beekeeping farm as well as a venue, and as such, there may be ongoing farm activities or other events taking place during your photography session. Due to the nature of our business, we provide access to the farm on an “as is” basis (farm equipment is not removed), subject to mother nature, seasons and other farm activities offered to the public. We will, however, make every effort to minimize any potential disruptions to your session.
