Photo Sessions
Thank you for choosing Five Blossoms Farm for your photography session! Please take a moment to read the following information before submitting your session booking request.
Five Blossoms Farm defines portrait photography as all engagement, family, maternity, portfolio, prom, graduation, and any other posed portraiture of individuals by professional photographers, as well as semi-pro, pro-am or amateur photographers, whether paid or unpaid.
Portrait photography services are allowed on the farm and offered by appointment only. All sessions must be reserved, approved and paid in advance. Reservations are accepted seasonally; availability begins in March and runs through December. Availability will depend on previously scheduled farm events.
Cancellations are non-refundable, however rescheduling to a later date due to inclement weather is allowed upon approval, up to one time and subject to availability. No shows on the designated date will not be credited or refunded. We also reserve our right to accept or deny session booking requests at our discretion.
Five Blossoms Farm is a working cut flower and beekeeping farm as well as a venue, and as such, there may be ongoing farm activities or other events taking place during your photography session. Due to the nature of our business, we provide access to the farm on an “as is” basis (farm equipment is not removed), subject to mother nature, seasons and other farm activities offered to the public. We will, however, make every effort to minimize any potential disruptions to your session.
Photographers and their clients are granted use of the barn, greenhouse, picnic/firepit area, outdoor fireplace, gardens, water feature and back fields during their booked timeslot based on availability. Please note that at times, there might be more than one photographer on site.
IMPORTANT: As a cut flower farm, we do our best to have flowers blooming at all times (March – October) so that our garden can be used for photography. However, flower availability for photo session backdrops may not always be available or be limited due to previously scheduled farm events. If you are specifically looking to use the garden as your photo session backdrop, reach out to Five Blossoms Farm to confirm availability prior to booking.
We strongly recommend that you schedule a visit to tour the property before booking. Please also check our Photography Policy and pricing before booking. By proceeding with your photography session at Five Blossoms Farm, you acknowledge and accept the working and cut flower nature of our farm, terms and conditions. Five Blossoms Farm assumes no responsibility for the weather conditions or seasonal variations that may affect your session.
Photographers must refrain from advertising sessions at Five Blossoms Farm on their website and/or social media unless they have approval and have previously submitted payment for their session permit.
NOTE: To submit your session booking request (except for photo sessions in the tulip field) and payment, please use the REQUEST SESSION button below. We look forward to you capturing magical moments in our beautiful property.
The below gallery features a few of our photography partners and some of the beautiful photos they have captured on the farm. It was our pleasure to be able to host over 55 local photographers and their clients last year!
